¼ cup Roasted Walnut Gourtmet Oil
¾ cup Raw Cane Sugar
2 Eggs
3 Ripe Bananas

1 tsp Vanilla Balsamic
1 ¾ cup Organic All-Purpose Flour
1 tsp Baking Powder
1 tsp Baking Soda
3 tsp Cinnamon
2 tsp Ground Allspice
1 tsp Sea Salt
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 F. Prepare a loaf pan with lined parchment paper.
Add eggs to a large mixing bowl and whisk. Add bananas, walnut oil, and vanilla balsamic. Mash until smooth using a fork or mixer.
In a separate bowl, add all dry ingredients and mix well.
Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients, fold to mix.
Pour banana bread mixture into loaf pan.
Bake for 45-50 minutes or until cooked throughout. Use a toothpick in the middle and the bread is done when the toothpick comes out clean.
Place on a cooling rack for at least 10-15 minutes before serving.
