White Bean Hummus
2 cups of Great Northern White Beans
1 small Garlic Clove
¼ cup Herbs de Provence Olive Oil
1 tbsp Sicilian Lemon White Balsamic
1 tbsp Lemon Juice (freshly squeezed)
1/4 tsp Salt
Pepper (to taste)
1 tbsp Freshly Chopped Herbs (for garnish)
Place all of the ingredients in the bowl of your food processor and blend until smooth, creamy or desired consistency.
Top with freshly chopped herbs and a drizzle of olive oil.
Serve with crudites and enjoy!
