Pasta Al Limone
The perfect dinner dish for those spring and summer nights! Featuring our Sedona Divine Milanese Gremolata Olive Oil, this simple yet flavorful Pasta al Limone is a must make!
1 lb Linguine
¼ cup Milanese Gremolata Olive Oil
1 small Onion (minced)
2 cloves Garlic (minced)
2 tsp Lemon Zest (finely grated)
1 Lemon (freshly squeezed)
¼ cup Parmesan Cheese (grated)
¼ cup Feta (crumbled)
2 tbsp Fresh Parsley (minced)
Kosher Salt and Ground Black Pepper (to taste)
In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add linguine to boiling water and cook until al la dente. Reserve 1 cup of pasta water. Drain pasta and set aside.
In a large skillet over medium heat, heat the olive oil. Add the garlic, lemon zest, and lemon juice. Add the pasta water and parmesan cheese. Stir to combine.
Bring the sauce to a simmer.
Transfer the cooked linguine to the skillet with the pasta sauce and toss until well coated. Garnish with parsley, feta cheese, toasted pine nuts, and lemon slices if desired.
