Ingredients
2 cups fresh Corn Kernels (approx. 4-5 ears)

2 tbsp Basil Olive Oil
½ cup fresh Basil Leaves (cut into thin ribbons)
1 small Shallot (minced)
¼ tsp Salt
Ground Pepper (to taste)
Directions
Add the corn to a large sauté pan over medium low heat.
Add the Basil Olive Oil and minced shallot, cook until translucent.
Add corn and fresh basil.
Sauté until the kernels start to get golden. Season with salt and pepper.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
