4 tbsp Butter Olive Oil

2 tbsp Dark Chocolate Balsamic
1/2 cup Popcorn Kernels
3/4 cup Raw Cane Sugar
2 tbsp Raw Honey
1/4 tsp Baking Soda
¼ tsp Maldon salt
Directions
Preheat oven to 325°
Heat 2 tbsp of Sedona Divine Butter Olive Oil in an oversized pot or use an air popper. Add 1/2 cup kernels, and pop for 3-5 minutes. Set aside.
Place the remaining Butter Olive Oil in a saucepan. Add sugar, honey, and Sedona Divine Dark Chocolate Balsamic. Stir to dissolve sugar. Bring to a low simmer and cook, without stirring, until the caramel darkens, 3-5 minutes.
Carefully add the baking soda, as it foams up, and stir until mixed.
Pour over popcorn and lightly stir to mix.
Spread popcorn mixture on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper, and bake for 20 minutes. Sprinkle with Maldon Salt and enjoy!
