⅓ cup Cayenne Olive Oil

1 tbsp Dark Chocolate Balsamic
1 cup Water
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1 ½ cups All Purpose Flour
1 cup Cane Sugar
¼ cup Unsweetened Regular Cocoa Powder
1 tsp Baking Soda
½ tsp Kosher Salt
Directions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Prepare a loaf pan by lining the bottom with parchment paper and spraying the sides and bottom of the pan with non-stick baking spray. Set aside.
Whisk together the water, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, and vanilla. Set aside.
In a large capacity bowl, combine the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking soda and salt. Whisk together to combine the dry ingredients.
Add the liquid mixture to the dry ingredients and whisk together until a smooth batter forms.
Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake at 350 degrees for 40 – 45 minutes. The cake is done when a toothpick inserted into the center of the round comes out clean. Let cool.
